Bubbles
Blowing bubbles swiftly
Praying hoping
The stability reached in forth the convex
Of a little liquid and
Our own air and entire being perhaps
Would be enough to defy gravity, the
Force that holds prisoner even the mighty
The smallest action of the smallest muscles
Yet requiring us to put in more than the lightest of
Oxygen. Our life force sacrifice and
Maybe a piece
Of our soul. Light and airy
We lay on a perfect day with youth surrounding, laughter
Undeniable, unfamiliar to our ears
Praying, hoping
That our breath and soul will be
Enough.
